This project consisted of the demolition and reconstruction
of the existing theater lobby. Working closely with the contractor and owner, the renovation
was to take place within a two-week period - one week during the Christmas holiday when the
theater was normally closed, and the following week when the building was fully occupied and
partial use of the lobby was required. The project received an Award of Excellence from the
American Woodworking Institute.
