As the medical industry evolves under changing reimbursement structures, efficiency in office layout is crucial for new facilities.
Innovative Design for Efficiency and Excellence
The 3,200 sq. ft. build-out of the Medical Office Building includes key features such as six exam/consultation rooms, a special procedures room, a surgical/treatment room, a business office area, a waiting room, a multi-access rescheduling room, an employee lounge, visual field room, and support spaces. A standout design element is the implementation of a separate rescheduling area, where a single staff member can efficiently process three patients in contiguous spaces, promoting a smooth flow of operations without congesting the waiting room or reception desk area.

Our design concept utilizes unused corridor and exam room corner spaces to create additional treatment, storage, and video education areas.
